These low maintenance coconut-lemon minis are 142 calories. The ingredients include: cake flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, sat, flaked sweetened coconut, finely grated fresh lemon zest, unsalted butter, canola oil, low-fat buttermilk, egg, coconut extract and toasted coconut flakes.
