COVID-19 Violations/Underage Consumption
• Officers responded to an off-campus party on Feb. 25. Several attendees fled the location upon the police’s arrival. Officers advised the student resident of the location of a Winston-Salem city ordinance violation. The report was filed at 11:46 a.m. on March 1.
• A community director notified police after finding a water bong in Poteat. The report was filed at 2:38 p.m. on March 5.
• Campus police assisted the Winston-Salem Police Department in responding to reports of a 100-200 person gathering behind 874 Ewing St. All attendees had left before police arrived. The report was filed at 5:35 p.m. on March 6.
• Police broke up a mass gathering of people at Magnolia. There was a COVID-19 violation, and underage consumption of alcohol occurred.
• Police responded to reports of loud music and students gathering in Dogwood. Numerous bottles of liquor were found in one of the suite’s rooms. The report was filed at 12:47 a.m. on March 7.

• An unknown subject took various items from a victim’s room. The report was filed at 10:26 a.m. on March 3.
• Police responded to a call reporting a disturbance at Johnson. The offender was asked to leave the area. The report was filed at 11:22 p.m. on March 3.
•An unknown subject removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle in the Sophomore Lot. The report was filed at 12:02 p.m. on March 4.
• A trespasser was caught and issued a warning by Winston-Salem police on Ewing St. The report was filed on March 4 at an unspecified time.
